Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MyNameInTheWorld (mynameintheworld.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of the Service

MyNameInTheWorld is a digital entertainment platform where users can acquire symbolic positions (President, Governor, Mayor, Councilor, Citizen) associated with real-world territories. These positions are exclusively symbolic and digital. They do not confer any real power, official representation, or affiliation with any government or public institution.

3. Positions and Pricing

Positions are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis (Tier C), through scheduled auctions (Tier A/B), or on the secondary marketplace. All prices are in EUR. First sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Secondary Market

Users may resell their positions on the marketplace. Revenue split: 70% to seller, 20% platform fee, 5% city fund, 5% country solidarity fund. Transfers are instant upon payment completion.

5. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information. Each person may hold multiple positions. Account sharing is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and branding are owned by MyNameInTheWorld. User-generated content (descriptions, photos) remains the property of the user but grants us a license to display it on the platform.
